Association Djam is a non-profit organization, governed by Law No. 064-2015/CNT ON FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION, which aims to help women and children in difficulty, as well as to protect the environment in Burkina Faso. The objectives of Association Djam are to:

 

• Protect specific vulnerable groups of people in Burkina Faso.

• Strengthen social cohesion, consolidate peace and security in the Sahel.

• Develop awareness-raising activities in the area of ​​human rights protection, particularly the rights of women and children.

• Support parents in the process of enrolling their children in school in general, and girls in particular, and to promote female leadership.

• Strengthen women's skills.

• Develop and implement programs aimed at strengthening the protection and conservation of the environment, biodiversity, combating desertification, and promoting the sustainable management of natural and renewable resources.

• Strengthen the resilience of vulnerable women and girls in creating and restoring livelihoods.
